“ Nachos with tater tots were great and very filling. Split with my wife and we were both really full. Staff was very nice and professional as well. ”
“ We visited Bell Tower on a Wednesday evening for dinner, and the experience was a mixed bag. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. We ordered the escargot, French onion soup, and Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Unfortunately, it took about half an hour for the food to arrive. The escargot came with 6 pieces and two garlic breads. The flavor was okay, but the escargot themselves were small and not particularly memorable. The French onion soup was the highlight of our meal. It was acceptable, with a good aroma and taste. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich, which comes with balsamic onions, brie, and spinach, was served with fries. I saw lots of people ordering this and wanted to try it out. However, the chicken turned out to be really dry and plain in flavor. ”

French fries were equally as good. Trust me you want to eat here and the servers are excellent. It’s truly one of the prides of San Francisco ”

The food quality is good, reasonable portions; overall service is excellent. In a better world, a restaurant like this one would be a dime a dozen. In this one, where restaurants compete to see who can give the least and gouge the most, it's five stars all the way, a civic treasure. ”
